As soon as you complete the online application process we’ll give you a quick call to make sure we fully understand your goals and needs. After the call we begin the pre-work and underwriting on your behalf.
If you have questions during the first step your mortgage advisor will be there to answer any questions you may have.
Once we’ve understood your needs our mortgage experts get to work to find you the best options available. Your trust is what’s important in this partnership. So we’ve made transparency a priority in the process.
To do this, we’ll hop on a call at your convenience to discuss the mortgage options available to you. Together we can weigh the pros and cons of each mortgage scenario. We’ll elaborate on the numbers and cut through the fine print so there are no hiccups down the road.
Once you’re ready to move forward with a mortgage, we’ll make a decision together on your ideal lender then move on to funding and fulfillment. We’ll finalize the documents and execute digital signing. You’ll receive a personalized video to guide you through the signing package. Again, our team makes sure all the documentation is prepared and in order before you sign on the dotted line. You’ll have our support up to and beyond closing to ensure the experience is seamless.
